Send Settings (E-Mail/I-Fax/File Server) (LASER CLASS 830i Only)

You can optonally set the fle format, f multple mages are sent as separate fles or a sngle 
fle, resoluton, and orgnal type after specfyng the e-mal or fle server address.

Set documents.

Press [Fax/Send] repeatedly to select the sending method, then press [OK].

To send documents to a fle server, select any sendng method.

If you want to send color mages to a fle server or attached to an e-mal message, select <E-MAIL: 
COLOR> as a sendng method.
When sendng color mages, always specfy the sendng method before specfyng the destnaton.

Specify the destination.

For nstructons on specfyng destnatons, see “Specfyng Destnatons,” on p. 4-44.

You can specfy the fle server addresses only wth one-touch keys, coded dal codes, or [Address Book].
