Routine Maintenance
Toner
If a message prompting you to replace the toner cartridge appears on the touch panel display, replace the
used toner cartridge with a new one.
Use only toner cartridges intended for use with this machine.
Do not burn or throw used toner cartridges into open flames, as this may cause the toner remaining
inside the cartridges to ignite, resulting in burns or a fire.
Do not store toner cartridges in places exposed to open flames, as this may cause the toner to
ignite, resulting in burns or a fire.
Keep toner and other consumables out of the reach of small children. If these items are ingested,
consult a physician immediately.
Store toner cartridges in a cool location, away from direct sunlight. (The recommended storage conditions are:
temperatures below 30°C, and humidity below 80%.)
Stamp Cartridge
The stamp cartridge is used to stamp originals. Use the tweezers provided to remove and replace the stamp
cartridge.
