B. Universal Send and Fax Options

Universal Send Advanced Feature Set-F1
•
Enables the user to make Trace & Smooth PDF and Adobe Reader
Extensions PDF files.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.
2.
Universal Send Security Feature Set-D1
•
Enables the user to encrypt PDF and Digital Device Signature
PDF/XPS files, as well as set a password to send them safely to a
file server or e-mail address.
•
Enables the recipient of a PDF or Digital Device Signature PDF/XPS
file to verify which device scanned the file.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.

Universal Send Digital User Signature Kit-C1
•
Enables the user to add a digital user signature obtained from a
certificate authority to a PDF or XPS file. This enables the recipient
of a PDF or XPS file to verify which user signed it.
•
Requires license activation via the LMS.
4.
Super G3 FAX Board-AH2
•
Provides a single line to send and receive fax documents.
•
Documents that have been created in applications can also be sent
directly from a computer via a network.

Line Fax Board-AH1
•
Provides two lines to send and receive fax documents.
•
Requires the Super G3 FAX Board-AH2.

Remote Fax Kit-A1
•
Enables the user to share the Fax function, if there is an
imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine (with the Remote Fax Kit
installed) and another imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine (that has
the Super G3 FAX Board-AH2 installed), on the same network.
•
If the above condition is true, then fax documents can be sent and
received remotely between the two machines.
•
The Remote Fax Kit-A1 requires license activation via the LMS.
•
The Remote Fax Kit and the Super G3 FAX Board-AH2 cannot be
installed together.
