GENERAL:
This Technical Publication describes points to note during service work along with the removal of the Right
Door Sheet and Extraction Roller Sheet.
DETAILS:
Regarding the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2225/ C2230 series, in order to prevent paper from being bent
at the leading edge or paper skew at the vertical path assembly, "Measure 1" was implemented into the first
mass production machine and later and the measure has then been changed to "Measure 2". This
information describes points to note during service work along with the change.
Measure 1
Attach two sheets of the right door lower sheet [1] and extraction roller sheet [2], respectively.

Measure 2
Change the shape of the right door guide [3] into the new right door guide [4] (Refer to photo [B]) which
has the same effect as that produced by attaching the right door lower sheet [1] and extraction roller sheet
[2].
