15.2 Troubleshooting

15.2.1 Malfunction

15.2.1.1 Malfunction/Faulty Detection

15.2.1.1.1 NG is displayed at the time of toner supply (the service mode) after the machine installation.

Symptom: 

During the toner stirring operation (the service mode) after the machine installation, NG may be displayed on the control panel. 

Cause: 

Due to the operational error, NG may be displayed during the toner stirring operation (the service mode) after the machine installation, result in stopping the stirring

operation. 

Action in the Filed: 

1) Open/close the toner supply cover. 

2) If NG is still displayed, go on to the next step. 

3) Open the toner supply cover, and reset the toner bottle. 

4) After closing the toner supply cover, execute the following service mode: 

COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > TONER-S
