2.5.1 PRISMAsync Printer Server Features
The PRISMAsync Print Servers have the following features.

Security

Prevents old passwords from being reused.

Passphrase-protected system back-ups.

Users can log on with a smart card or NFC card.

Support for customers who use the IEEE 802.1x network protocol.

HCD-PP (Hard Copy Devices-Protection Profile)-ready and FIPS
140-2-compliant.

Create Banners, Trailers, and Separator Pages on All Job Levels
–
Customers can create banner pages, trailer pages, and separator pages on
specified media on all job levels via JDF and AWF (Automated Workflows).
Customers can also edit these pages in PRISMAsync Remote Printer Driver,
Ticket Editor, and Remote Manager.

Extended Automated Workflows
– Extends the number of settings that can
be specified in an Automated Workflow.
•
Double Feed Detection
– Enables the customer to control how the
PRISMAsync handles a double-feed detection for a specific media in the input
tray.
