Cancelling the System Management Mode

1

Press 

 (Log In/Out).

The System Management mode is cancelled. The System Management mode is also cancelled 
when the Auto Clear mode initiates.

 

Managing Inboxes in the System Management Mode

The System Manager can access documents in inboxes that have been stored by other users. 
For example, you can access an inbox whose user has forgotten his/her password, and erase 
any unnecessary documents.
