You can connect one external telephone to the machine.
When the telephone rings with the machine in the MANUAL receive mode, you can use the
external telephone to start receiving the document without walking over to the machine.
The default settings are as follows:
<REMOTE RX>: ON
<REMOTE RX ID>: 25

reception.

Use – [numeric keys] to enter a
remote reception ID (a combination of
two characters using 0 to 9), then press
[OK].

The default ID is 25. If you do not want to change
the ID, press [OK] without entering any numbers.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the
standby mode.
