2) When done, tighten the manual feeder tray fixing
screw.
3) Put the DIP switch (SW1) on the DADF controller
PCB back to its initial configuration, and attach
the DADF controller cover.
5.3.1.5 Leading Edge Registration

A. Pickup from the Original Tray
1) Remove the DADF control cover [1].
- 1 screw [2]

2) Set the DIP switch (SW1) on the DADF controller
PCB as follows:

3) Place a single sheet of A4 or LTR copy paper [1]
in the original tray.

4) Press the push switch (SW2) on the DADF
controller PCB once.
-> In response, the original will be picked up and
stopped on the copyboard glass.

5) Lift the DADF, and check to be sure that D in the
figure is 11 +/- 1 mm.

6) Close the DADF.
7) Adjust the original stop position using the push
switches (SW3, SW4) on the DADF controller
