Use of the same REX (Reached EXposure index) will cause the density of the image to change
with the X-ray dose, as in conventional film/screen systems.

This is an S-shape curve for examining the chest.
LINEAR
This is a linear lookup table.
INV. LINEAR
This lookup table reverses the image density.
STAN. CONTRAST
This is a standard S-shape curve. It is usually used for
examining bones.
BONE #1
While maintaining contrast in a low density area, soft tissue
can be observed in the high density area.
