Troubleshoot the mail server configuration
Introduction
Follow the procedure below to troubleshoot any mail server configuration problems.

When in the settings editor, under [Configuration]
→
[Connectivity], you click on [Connection test]
and the result is not [Ok].

found]
Hostname or IP address is incorrect. Check the hostname and IP address
and fill it in correctly. If you are not sure ask your IT administrator.

1. Check if the connection with the mail server is secure or not. Check the
type of connection and fill it in correctly.
2. The trusted certificates of the mail server are not imported in the con-
troller. Import the certificates. For more information, see
