FIX.UNIT OFFSET
IMAGE PRIOR.1*, IMAGE PRIOR.2, OFF
Specifies whether the printer gives priority to the image quality or printing speed
when printing after the paper is changed from narrower one to wider one.
If IMAGE PRIOR.1 is specified, the printer prints giving priority to the image
quality. However, the printing speed drops because this lengthens the waiting time
before the operation begins.
If IMAGE PRIOR.2 is specified, the waiting time becomes shorter than when
IMAGE PRIOR.1 is specified.
If OFF is specified, the waiting time is eliminated, and the printer prints giving
priority to the printing speed.
IMPORTANT
If the printing speed is given priority, residual images of the printed text or images
may appear on both sides of the paper.
SP.S-SIZE MODE
OFF*, ON
Specifies the waiting time before the print operation begins when printing paper
with a narrower width (A5 size etc.) continuously.
Specify ON when you want to shorten the waiting time giving priority to the
printing speed. However, if you print wider paper immediately after printing
narrower one, residual images of the printed text or images may appear on both
sides of the paper. Therefore, specify ON only when you print paper with a
narrower width continuously.
SP.PRINT MODE
PLAIN PAPER.......................OFF*, ON
Specifies whether to apply Special Print Mode when printing plain paper.

OFF: Does not apply Special Print Mode.
•
ON: Specify when the paper curls excessively on printing plain paper.
