Customizing Settings

 

Tone Settings

You can set whether to sound audible tones. The following tones sound at the 
following times:

Display the Remaining Paper Message

You can set to display the message indicating that the remaining paper loaded in a 
paper drawer is low.

When the toner cartridge needs to be replaced

• Error Tone:

When a malfunction occurs (e.g., paper jam or 
operational error)

• Job Done Tone:

After a job completes (e.g., outputting, stapling, or faxing 
is complete)
