Routine Maintenance

Replacing an Ink Tank

When replacing an ink tank, ensure that you've purchased the correct tanks. The printer will 
not print properly if an incorrect ink tank is used, or installed in the incorrect position.

• Black:

BCI-24 Black

• Color:

BCI-24 Color

Note

➤

Damage caused by using a refilled cartridge is not covered by the Canon 
warranty. Canon recommends using only original Canon ink tanks to 
ensure the best quality.
