6.1 Adjustments and Settings
6.1.1 Adjusting the Belt Tension
Needed when the roll feed roller drive unit, upper roll drive unit, lower roll drive unit
are replaced, or the screws for adjusting the belt tension on the upper roll drive unit
(red screws) are loosened. See
6.1.2 Adjusting the Blade Position
Needed when the wiper unit and the purge unit are replaced. See
Blade position adjustment is not necessary when replacing only the wiper
blade Ass'y.
6.1.3 Nozzle Management (nozzle check) Auto Position Adjustment
Needed when the nozzle check sensor, the purge unit, liner scale, or carriage unit are
disassembled / re-assembled or replaced. See
6.1.4 Check the Dip SW Set-Up in System Controller
Needed when the system controller is replaced or removed from the printer. See
