BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Before first use remove all promotional stickers and packaging material. Hand wash the removable cooking bowl and glass lid in hot
soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Ensure the interior of the housing is clean and clear of any debris.
3. Before placing the removable ceramic pot (2) in the stainless steel housing (1), ensure the exterior is clean and dry, it will ensure
proper contact with the inner cooking surface.
4. When turn on the device first time, it may emit a slight odor for approximately 10 minutes. This is normal on first use. The odor is
harmless, and should not recur after initial heating.
5. Do not place the device on gas stoves.
6. Do not put anything frozen inside ceramic pot.
7. After cooking is completed always check with food if all meat products are cooked to appropriate internal temperatures: not raw
inside. The device is not suitable for whole poultry such as chicken / turkey preparation because safe cooking temperature near the
bone cannot be reached quickly enough.

8. Do not use the slow cooker near surfaces that are heat sensitive or those that may be damaged by steam.
9. Caution: the glass lid is extremely hot, always use handle when removing the lid. The lid need to be closed when cooking to do not
affect too low temperature, too long cooking time or too dry food.
10. To avoid scalding from escaping steam while removing the glass lid, carefully lift the lid angled away from yourself to avoid the hot
steam passing on your face and body.
11. Do not pre-heat or heat the slow cooker when empty.
12. The surfaces of the slow cooker stainless steel housing (1) will become HOT during use. DO NOT TOUCH it when cooking. Always
use oven mitts to lift out the removable ceramic pot (2).

DEVICE OPERATION
1.Place the device on flat surface and plug in. Put ingredients inside the inner ceramic pot (2).
MODE SELECTION - Press the power button (F), at the digital display (6) you will see “- - - -“. Then, press the button mode (H)
repeatedly to choose between:
B – "HIGH" - high power, the temperature is faster high
A – "LOW" - low power, the temperature is growing up slower
C – "WARM" - keeping warm mode keeps temperature to let the dish to be ready for serve any time.
Suitable indicator will be lighted up. The default time shown at digital display (6) with be 06:00 – that means 6 hours - and the device
will count down time to zero. When the cooking is completed, the device beeps 5 times and goes into keeping warm mode for period 10
hours.
The keeping warm mode maximum time is 10 hours and then it beeps 5 times and goes into standby mode.
REMARK: For long device lifetime, we recommend to use keeping warm mode for not longer than 4 hours at one time.
2. After selecting your desired cooking mode, you can set the cooking time.
3. TIMER - Press the timer button (G) and then increase or decrease desired time by “up” or “down” button (D). The digital display (6)
will advance in 30-mintes increments from “6:00” to “24:00” hours. Press the power button (F) once to confirm the current setting and
start cooking once you selected mode and time. Your slow cooker starts working. Adjust the cooking time according to the ingredients,
room temperature and other factors that may affect the cooking time.
REMARK: Pressing the power button (F) again after confirmation will cancel the settings.
4. In working mode, you are still able to change the heating mode by pressing the mode button (H) repeatedly between the high power,
the low power and the keep warm modes without affecting the remain cooking time.
5. TURNING OFF - To switch off the device press the power botton (F) once, the device go into standby mode the digital display (6)
shows “- - - -“. Next press the power botton (F) for 2 seconds to switch off the device completely.
6. Press any button when the device is turned off to return to the standby mode.
7. DELAY START FUNCTION - To set up the delay start function, put the food inside the ceramic pot and cover by lid. After setting the
cooking time press the Delay/Timer button (G) to enter into delay time setting, the delay indicator (E) will be blinking. Then, adjust the
time: increase or decrease desired time by “up” or “down” button (D) repeatedly pressing. New time will be blinking, press the power
button (F) again to confirm delay time setting. The default time for delay start function is 4 hours. Maximum delay time is 10 hours.
Suggested cooking time and setting for your favorite recipes:

Traditional recipe time* 15-30 minutes is corresponding to 4-6 hours cooking at low mode in this device.

Traditional recipe time* 60 minutes is corresponding to 6-8 hours cooking at low mode in this device.
•
Traditional recipe time* 1-3 hours is corresponding to 8-10 hours cooking at low mode in this device.
* - these cooking time is approximate, depends on the quantity of food, size of food portions, recipe ingredients, room temperature,
etc.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Switch off and unplug the device and allow it to cool completely. Clean after each use.
2. Wash detachable parts (removable bowl and lid) in hot water with dish liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the external surface of the slow cooker housing (1) with a soft damp cloth and dry surfaces with a soft dry cloth. Do not use
detergent or abrasives as these may scratch the coating.
4. NEVER immerse the slow cooker housing and power cord in water.
