Fitting Instructions Fridge Fans

Safety First!
Ensure all power sources
have been switched off to the Van/RV
and fridge 12v, 24v and 240v.
(Note: if the fridge is running on gas
make sure it is switched off and the gas
has been isolated before starting.)
2.
Remove the external fridge vents both
top and bottom of the Van/RV taking care
not to damage the retaining clips. Check
that the insulation on top of the fridge
hasn’t slipped and is covering the fridge
fins or slipped down the back of the
fridge.

3.
Position the fans on the back and centre
to the top vent, with the LED light ring
facing into the fridge cavity and the
Campbitz stickers facing outwards from
the Van/RV.

Attach the fans to the vent using
supplied cable ties, take care not to
overtighten the cable ties just nip up
firm, not super tight as it may warp your
vent out of shape.
Secure the fan cable to the vent using
supplied cable tie, ensure it is on the
same side as the compact digital
controller. Making sure it is placed on
the opposite side away from the gas
burner flue.
