4.  Align the UT10 so the openings in the mounting feet are angled diagonally 

away at a 60° angle. This allows a solar panel to be mounted across the 
two tower legs facing the equator while allowing the tower to tilt away 
from the equator for servicing. 
 

 

 
Align the hole in the bottom of each mounting foot with one of the J-bolts 
in the concrete base. Slide the UT10 onto the J-bolts.
