Preparing for configuration
This section describes the checks to be performed before proceeding with unit
configuration.
Safety precautions during configuration
All national and local safety standards must
be followed while configuring the units and
aligning the antennas.
Ensure that personnel are not exposed to unsafe levels of RF energy. The units start
to radiate as soon as they are powered up.
Observe the following guidelines:
Never work in front of the antenna when the BHM or BHS is powered on.
Always power down the BHM or BHS before connecting or disconnecting the drop
cable from the unit.
