5. Check bolts and screws
Check that all the screws are properly tightened and check the lifting device attachment hooks.
In case of damage or loose bolts/screws, replace/tighten them.
This can be done by the user.
After completing any maintenance service procedure, always test the attachment through five
complete cycles.
First, test without the load, then test with a load to make sure the attachment operates
correctly before returning to service.
6. Lubrication

Every 200 hours lubricate upper and lower frame bars with grease type EP2 (REF 165TA3769) or
equilavent.
•
Every 200 hours lubricate upper and lower sideshift bearings with grease type EP2
(REF 165TA3769) or equivalent (PL-T series).
This can be done by the user.
Do not use grease containing molybdenum disulphide for lubrication.
