DOOR PANEL REMOVAL

Locate and remove the two screws on the 

bottom of each corner on the front panel 

(same side as the Control Panel)

Place door panel in position as illustrated to the left.
a.  Raise door panel from bottom making sure all 4 door panel 

plastic clips are behind the 4 spa plastic clips, this requires 

the door panel to be behind the bar top.

b.  Using both hands, push in the area where the metal clips 

are located to snap the door panel metal clips into position.

c.  Replace the 2 screws that were removed in step 1 of the 

Door Panel Removal section. 

Locate notch below panel on one side and center. 

Placing fingers inside notches, pull panel slightly away 

from spa only on side (not center).
Locate notch on other side of panel and place fingers 

inside the notch and center notch. Pull panel away 

from spa, lower panel and store in a cool and shaded 

place.

NOTE: 

It may be possible when pulling out the first 

clip to pull the panel out too far releasing the second 

clip.

In order to replace the panel, the illustration to 

the right shows how the panel is held in place.
a.  The 4 plastic clips attached to the top 

back side of the door panel slide behind 

the 4 plastic clips attached to the spa.

b.  The 2 metal clips on the bottom of the 

door snap into the 2 metal clips attached 

to the bottom of the spa.
