DIC Messages

These messages will appear if there
is a problem sensed in one of your
vehicle’s systems. The text messages
are basically the same for both the
base audio and navigation/audio
systems. The navigation/audio
system will also display an icon with
the message.

You must acknowledge a message to
clear it from the screen for further
use. To clear a message:

Press the button with the dot on it
(to the right of the screen) next to
the OK prompt.

Note:

Removing the message does

not remove the sensed problem or
condition. Refer to your Owner
Manual for a list of messages and
accompanying icons, a description of
the condition and the recommended
action. Be sure to regard seriously
any message that appears and take
the appropriate action.
