How the spraying process works 

The steps below outline the overall process for spraying operations.  

 

 
 
 

 

Plug in Sprayer 

Plug in XC3 console 

Wait for XC3 console to 

establish  connection 

Wait for GPS 

Setup Sprayer on first 

use 

Begin Spraying 

Stop Spraying 

Power down XC3 

Console & Sprayer 

 
 
 
 
 
The XC3 console has a built in battery 
but should always be connected to the 
ATV/RTV power supply when 
operating. 
 
 
After the XC3 console has been turned 
on it will automatically discover and 
connect to the sprayer. 
 
 
 
You do not have to remain stationary 
for GPS, an open view of the sky is 
essential for good coverage 
 
 
 
 
Press the 

Spray tab

 then 

Sprayer 

Setup

 to select tip size, boom width 

and chemical type 
 
 
Select the desired application rate and 
Press the 

Start/Stop

 button to begin 

spraying. The sprayer will spray while 
the tow speed is greater than 5km/hr 
 
 
Press the 

Start/Stop

 button to stop 

spraying. 
 
 
 
Upload any desired data using the 

Upload

 menu. 

Press the 

Finished

 button and 

Shutdown in order to power off the 
console
