Coupling the hydraulic hose lines
WARNING
Risks of personal injury from crushing, cutting, entrapment,
entanglement and impact if malfunctions occur as a result of
incorrectly connected hydraulic hose lines!
When coupling the hydraulic hose lines, pay attention to the
marks on the hydraulic plugs.
Check the assignment of the hydraulic hose lines on the control
block of the accessory equipment if the colored marks (dust
caps) are missing:
P = pressure line
T = return line
WARNING
Risks to a person's health from infections may arise if hydraulic
oil escapes under high pressure and enters the body!
Before coupling the hydraulic hose lines, make sure that the hydraulic
system on the tractor and the accessory equipment has been
depressurized. Always set the actuators on the tractor's control unit to
the neutral position.
Seek immediate medical attention if injury from hydraulic oil has
occurred! Risk of infection!
Check the compatibility of the hydraulic oil before connecting the
accessory equipment to the hydraulic system of the tractor.
Never mix mineral oils with organic oils!
Never exceed the hydraulic system's maximum permissible
operating pressure of 200 bar.
Couple only clean hydraulic plugs to clean hydraulic sockets.
Make sure not to allow oil to enter the environment when
coupling and uncoupling the hydraulic hose lines.
Slide the hydraulic plug into the hydraulic socket until you feel the
hydraulic plug lock into place.
Check if the coupling points on the hydraulic hose lines are
seated correctly and tightly.
Coupled hydraulic hose lines:
must easily yield when moved without tension, kinking or
friction,
must not rub against / be in contact with foreign objects.
