7.4.3 Hand chain (B1200) for HT80XL and HT150

Extraordinary situation, e.g. power outage

The hand chain is located directly next to the drive system.
✔
Manual tension: < 260 N! Otherwise, there is the risk of property damage!

Important!
Make sure you have stable footing!
1.
The hand chain must lock into place as heard with a click!
2.
Determine the direction to pull for door OPEN / door CLOSE from the sticker on the guide rail.
(see Diagram 11 Sticker for the direction to pull the hand chain)
3.
Pull the hand chain uniformly! (direction of pull and max. permitted tensile force, see above). It is not
necessary to switch over!
7.4.4 Emergency operation with HT150 XL

The emergency hydraulic drive system is located in the hydraulic unit.
✔
Operation at the control cabinet, only by trained qualified personnel.
1.
Turn the key switch to emergency operation.
2.
Ensure that no people or objects are in the immediate vicinity of the door during opening and closing
operations.
3.
To close the door, press the
“Emergency operation close” button and keep it depressed until the door
has reached its end position.
4.
To open the door, press the
“Emergency operation open” button and keep it depressed until the door
has reached its end position.
Warning!
The batteries will get very hot during operation of the door with the emergency power supply! Risk of
burns!
Note!
With a full battery charge, the door can be opened and closed once in emergency operation.
