•
Check filter indication gauge for the condition
of the return filter. Dial reading should be in
the green zone. Filter must be replaced if out
of the green zone.
Annually
• Drain tank into clean container and check
inside of tank for signs of rust or moisture.
• Check the magnetic Drain Plug for iron con-
tamination.
• If the contaminants exist inside of the tank
(metal shavings, etc) dispose of the oil in a
environmentally safe manner.
• Clean the inside of any loose scale
• Inspect the suction screen through
the access panel, for rips or holes,
clean if necessary.
•
Change Return Line Filter:
•
Ikron SP010
or equivalent
• Clean Tank Breather.
• Apply a small bead of silicon gasket
on the top tank flange and replace top
lid
•
Refill with hydraulic oil :
•
Kendal 4 Seasons AW32
or
equivalent
•
PTO Shaft
– grease every 10 hours.
Pull apart and apply grease to the
sliding members. Grease the yoke
bearings at this time as well. Use multi
purpose grease.
