With the engine off, complete the following steps:
• Connect the hydraulic lines from the power pack and blower to the connector hoses
• Make the electrical connection from the blower to the extension harness
• Connect the 12 volt battery cables to either the battery or a suitable positive and negative electri-
cal connection with a minimum 25 amp capacity. Clamp wires are red sleeved for po bat-
tery terminal and green sleeved for negative terminal or ground.
• If you have the full duty power pack, make the power connection if required.
Enter the power unit, fasten safety restraints and start the engine:
• Carefully move the loader arms through its entire range of motion, carefully noting any pinch,
stretch or kink points on the hydraulic hoses or harness, make adjustments as required.
• Slowly lift the power pack until the gearbox shaft is at the same height as the PTO output on the trac-
tor, c
arefully noting any pinch or stretch points on the harness,
• Engage the power pack and set the RPM at 540 MAX.
•
Test the Function of the control handle, adjust the diverter and chute.

Operational Hazard
Tractor PTO must operate
at 540 RPM only. Exceeding
the snow blower’s design
speed of 540 RPM will result in operator
injury or damage to the machine.
