Full Duty Power Pack Wiring
The full duty hydraulic power pack uses 12 volt power from the battery to power the electrical cooling
fan.
You need to have on hand:
•
Sufficient amount of two conductor 10 ga 20 amp wire
• 20 amp fuse and fuse holder
Install the power harness as described below:
• Route the harness from the power pack into the cab. Ensure the harness cable is secure and pro-
tected from snags or pinching.
• Determine where and how you want to make the electric power connection. Connect directly to
the battery or an available min 20 amp fused 12v power source. It is recommended to wire into a
ignition switched circuit to prevent battery drain when not in use.
• Secure loose wiring to prevent damage caused by snags.
• DO NOT MAKE THE POWER CONNECTION AT THIS POINT.
Note any electrical work should be done by qualified personnel only.
When hydraulic lines and power harness are positioned and secured, carefully move the three point
hitch through its entire range of motion, noting any pinch, stretch or kink points, make adjustments as
required.
