Blower Control Harness
The hydraulic chute rotator and deflector are controlled with electro-hydraulics, using 12 volt power
from the battery to a hydraulic diverter valve and used by the operator through a control handle.
The electric control harness consists of:
• battery cable with 10 amp fuse and battery clamps (96”)
• battery cable extension (48”)
• control handle & cable (96”)
• cab to blower extension (120”)
Install the control harness as described below:
• Mount the control handle in a convenient location in the cab.
• Route the cab to blower extension cable along the hydraulic lines on the loader arms. Be aware of
any pinch, stretch or kink points to avoid damaging the cable.
• Position the cable connector ends at the loader and cab to ensure electrical connections can be
easily made.
• Make the connection from the control handle cable to the extension cable.
• If the battery cable is too short, use the battery extension cable to extends its reach.
• Make the connection from the battery cable to the control handle cable.
• Determine where and how you want to make the electric power connection. Connect at the battery
or an available 25 amp 12v power source.
• DO NOT MAKE THE POWER CONNECTION AT THIS POINT.
Note any electrical work should be done by qualified personnel only.
When hydraulic lines and control harness are positioned and secured on the loader arms, careful-
ly move the loader arms through its entire range of motion, noting any pinch, stretch or kink points,
make adjustments as required.
