First Time Setup
Before using your Bush Hog loader snow blower, the hydraulic, electrical and PTO systems will need
to be set up.
Hydraulics:
Hydraulic lines are supplied to connect the power pack and the blower together, the lines are 184”
long and equipped with flat face couplers.
Additionally the power pack is supplied with 32” hydraulic lines and loader blower is supplied with 84”
hydraulic lines, all hydraulic lines are equipped with flat face couplers.
• Route the connector hoses along the loader arms,
• Carefully position the hoses so they won’t get pinched, kinked, stretched or get caught at any
point during the movement of the loader arms..
• Position the coupler ends at the loader and PTO to ensure hydraulic connections can be easily
made.
• Be sure to leave excess hose at loader arm pivot points to avoid stretching of the hoses.
• Secure the hoses in place with hose clamps.
