Danger from electric shock!
Electric shock will cause death or serious injury.

Before commissioning, ensure that all electrical lines are covered and that the terminal box
is closed!
CAUTION
Burn hazard!
The surface of the vacuum pump may reach operating temperatures in excess of 70 °C in
operation.
Do not touch the vacuum pump during and directly after operation.
ATTENTION!
Insufficient familiarity with the indicators and operating controls may result in damage to
the vacuum system.
Wrong operation.
•
Operating staff must be familiar with the indicating and operating elements.
ATTENTION!
Operation of the vacuum pump without oil will cause severe damage to it quickly.
•
The vacuum system is already filled with oil at delivery. The oil level must be checked and,
if necessary, topped up before commissioning.
