Functions of extended operation / Setting up the device manually
9.4.1
RESET (resetting the device)
If you wish to delete all the settings you have made and to re-enter them, the device must first
be fully reset to its state at the point of delivery.
1. Press all four buttons on the device
simultaneously for approximately 5
seconds.
– All settings of your device have
now been reset.
2. Commission the device anew, see
chapter 7.1.2 “The device has
already been in use in a different
network“ on page 17.
3. Set the device anew.
– Reset manually, see chapter 9.3
“Extended operation“ on page 24.
– Reset online, see chapter 9.5
“Setting up the device via WLAN
network“ on page 53.

Data backup
Via the WLAN connection the device offers the option of making a data backup of the settings
made, See “Configuration file“ on page 63.
