Calibration mode
In this mode you may recalibrate the resistance elements of the decade.
To get access to the calibration mode:
Press twice the “MENU” key at standard mode.
At SETUP mode you have to press this key only at one time.
Before calibration you have to enter the correct password. Without a correct password the access to the
calibration mode is refused.
The default calibration code is “00000”.
To return to standard mode:
Press the “ESC” key.
The recalibration procedure consists of the measuring of 36 basic resistance values and of entering their
current measured data. During calibration you are able to adjust the values with the
▲
and
▼
keys.
Note:
The nominal values can vary but there is no influence to the accuracy.
The nominal values of the calibration points and the requested recalibration accuracy are described in the
table following:
