5.2.5 Click Volume (Volume)
Press the “MENU” key at standard mode.
Select the Parameter “Volume” with the cursor keys

Select the desired volume with the keys

You may set the volume incremental. There are 15 increments of volume. “00” means no click
when a key is pressed and “15” means a loud click.
The new set volume is valid at the parameter “Volume”. It is not valid outside of this parameter
until the volume is confirmed.
Confirm new value.
To do that press the “ENT” key.
At this moment the setup of the click volume is finished.
Note:
The new volume is valid even if the instrument is switched off and on again.
5.2.6 Baud rate RS232 (optionally IEEE488 address)
This parameter allows the setup of the RS232 interface’s baud (Bd) transfer rate.
To set the transfer rate of a RS232 decade:
Press the “MENU” key at standard mode.
Select the Parameter “Baud rate RS-232” with the cursor keys
▲ and ▼.
Select the desired transfer rate with the keys
◄ and ►
.
These baud rates are available:
o
300 Bd
o
600 Bd
o
1 200 Bd
o
2 400 Bd
o
4 800 Bd
o
9 600 Bd
o
19 200 Bd
The baud rates are displayed at the lower row.
Confirm new value.
To do this, press the “ENT” key.
After pressing the “ENT” key the new baud rate is written to the upper row.
At this moment the setup of the new transfer rate is finished.
Note:
The last set baud rate is valid even if the instrument is switched off and on again.
