Ziehen Sie Betthaupt und Liegeflächenrah-
men auseinander.
Stecken Sie die Seitengitterholme auf die
Kunststoffzapfen.
Montieren Sie die beiden anderen Seitengit-
terholme auf der anderen Bettseite in gleicher
Weise.
Schieben Sie Betthaupt und Liegeflächen-
rahmen zusammen.
Drehen Sie die 4 Inbusschrauben mit einem
Inbusschlüssel Gr. 5 gut fest.
Schrauben Sie den Liegeflächenrahmen an
den Aufnahmestutzen fest.
Schieben Sie die Seitengitterholme nach
oben, bis sie einrasten.
Pull the end board and the reclining surface
frame apart.
Fit the side rail beams onto the plastic plugs.
Mount the two other side rail beams on the
opposite side of the bed the same way.
Push the end board and the reclining surface
frame together.
Tighten the 4 Allen screws firmly with a size
5 Allen wrench.
Screw the reclining surface frame to the
support plates.
Push the side rail beams upwards until they
click into place.
Check the remaining distance between the
end of the rail and the guide bar: max.10 mm.
If necessary decrease the distance by further
inserting the support brackets in the reclining
surface frame (see page 13).
Prüfen Sie den verbleibenden Abstand zwi-
schen dem Holmende und der Führungsschiene:
max. 10 mm. Reduzieren Sie eventuell den Ab-
stand durch weiteres Einschieben des Auf-
nahmestutzen in den Liegeflächenrahmen
(siehe Seite 13).

Entnehmen Sie die Antriebseinheit
[15]
und
alle Verbindungskabel der Verpackung.
Legen Sie die Antriebseinheit so auf den
Boden, das die beiden Verschlussschieber oben
liegen.
Ziehen Sie die beiden Verschlussschieber an
ihren zwei Griffösen seitlich heraus und legen
Sie zunächst beiseite.
Stecken Sie nun die 4 Stecker der 2 Spiral-
kabel, des 24-V-Anschlusskabels und vom
Handschalter
[8]
in die gekennzeichneten
Buchsen der Antriebseinheit
[15]
.
Die Stecker sind verpolungssicher.
Die beiden Spiralkabel für die Antriebsmoto-
ren der Betthäupter sind identisch.
Pressen Sie die Stecker fest bis zum Grund
der Buchsen, da sonst Feuchtigkeit eindrin-
gen kann.

Unpack the drive unit
[15]
and all connecting
cables.
Place the drive unit on the floor with the two
cover slides uppermost.
Using the finger holes, pull the two cover
slides off laterally and lay them aside.
Insert the 4 plugs of the respective cables,
2 spiral, the 24-V-connector cable and the hand
switch cable
[8]
into the marked sockets of the
drive unit
[15]
.
The plugs are polarised.
The two spiral cables for the drive motors are
identical.
Push the plugs firmly into the sockets to seal
against moisture.
