STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION

The positioner Type 8792 and process controller Type 8793 consist of the micro-processor controlled elec-

tronics, the position sensor and the actuating system.
The device is designed using three-wire technology. Operation is controlled by four keys and a 128x64 dot

matrix graphics display.
The pneumatic actuating system for single-acting and double-acting actuators consists of 2 solenoid

valves.
