Pressure transmitter 8311 6 maintenance
6.1 cleaning
The transmitter 8311 can be cleaned with water or any solution compa-
tible with the materials the device is made of.

6.2 error messages

1 ERR The data saved following a power
supply cut-off is lost.
Read and/or write error: the process
is stopped. Press the ENTER key to go back to the Normal mode.
If the message appears frequently, send the device back to your
Bürkert sales office.
2 ERR The parameters of the Calibration
menu cannot be read and/or saved.
Read and/or write error: the process
is stopped. Press the ENTER key to go back to the Normal mode.
The device operates with the default parameters: the Calibration
parameters must be programmed again.
If the message appears frequently, send the device back to your
Bürkert sales office.
3 ERR The parameters of the Test menu can-
not be read and/or saved.

is stopped. Press the ENTER key to go back to the Normal mode.
