Administration

Network

E-mail
Here you can store your e-mail information via which, in the event of an event, a notification
is to be sent by e-mail, if necessary with a snapshot as an attachment.
Institution

Activate the function by setting the button to On.

SMTP Server, Port: Please enter the IP/domain of your e-mail SMTP server and its
port. This information is provided by your e-mail service provider (GMX, WEB,
GMail,...).

User name, password: Please enter your login data here to retrieve your e-mail box.

Recipient: Recipient's e-mail address (max. 3 e-mail addresses)

Sender: e-mail address of the sender

Subject: Here you can enter a subject line for the e-mail notification (max. 32
characters).

Via "Attachment" you can define whether a snapshot is to be sent with an alarm.

Encryption: Please select the appropriate encryption method of your provider. Please
note that the port settings also depend on this.

Interval: Enter the interval in minutes at which you want to receive a health
notification.
Activate Health: Activate the function if you want to receive periodic messages about
the availability of the system.

Test: Click on the Test button if you want to send a test e-mail to check the settings.
Note: Recorders with firmware 4.0.20 use TLS version 1.3. Please check which version your
mail provider supports.
