1.2 Installation
1.2.1 General requirements
When the
B
4
is installed and connected to an exhaust
system, the relevant, public law provisions, in particular the
provisions of the regional construction/building codes and the
fire safety regulations issued hereunder, have to be
observed.
1.2.2 Combustion Air Supply
The installation room should have a volume of at least 4 m
3
per kW of nominal heat output.
The Bullerjan
B
4
(with the
appropriate certificate) can also be operated in climate
controlled buildings by using external air supply only (EAS /
RLU according to DiBt). In this case the combustion air has
to be exclusively introduced from the outside to the wood
stove using the provided combustion air-supply nozzle. For
further information on the subject “external air supply (EAS)”,
please refer to section 1.3.3.

Bullerjan stoves of the
B
4
series may only be operated
when the combustion chamber door is closed.
Important:
The wood stove must not be structurally altered in
any way. Only spare parts that have been approved by the
Bullerjan GmbH may be installed. In case that the stove is
structurally changed or equipped with unauthorized spare parts,
any potential liability and warranty claims will be forfeited.
Important:
Please insert only that much wood into the wood
storage box under the combustion chamber, that the ventilation
openings on the rear wall of the wood box are never closed.
