Description of function

This chapter explains the basic principle of the instrument, shows how it is structured and gives a
functional description of the assemblies.
The KjelMaster K-375 is dedicated to Kjeldahl and Devarda nitrogen deter mination including potentio-
metric or colorimetric titration.
Automation of Kjeldahl determination is possible with the KjelSampler K-376 / K-377.
