Controlling lift position via the interface unit
The rotary drive unit of the Rotavapor R-300 can be raised or lowered using the lift
control function on the interface unit. To be able to control the lift position using the in-
terface unit, a depth stop has to be set. For details, refer to the Rotavapor operating
instructions. The home screen of the interface unit then shows the parameter "Lift" to-
gether with the actual position and the depth stop setting. If the rotary drive unit is
lowered into the heating bath as far as the depth stop, the actual position is the same
as the selected setting.
Using the interface unit, the lift position can either be fully lowered as far as the depth
stop or fully raised.

To lower the rotary drive unit into the heating bath, press the Down arrow button.
CAUTION! Risk of pinching injuries
. If using the protection shield, make sure
that your fingers or other parts of the body are not trapped.

The rotary drive unit is lowered as far as the depth stop.

To raise the rotary drive unit out of the heating bath, press the Up arrow button.

The rotary drive unit is raised fully out of the heating bath.
