Position the holder (2) for the interface unit on the Rotavapor arm (6). At the same
time, feed the communication cable through the bottom hole in the holder.

Fix the holder to the Rotavapor arm with a screw (4). When doing so, pass the
screw through the hole in the metal plate (5).
u
Connect the communication cable to the COM port on the rear of the interface
unit.
u
Position the interface unit (3) on the holder and fix it in place using the knurled-
head screw (1) supplied. When doing so, make sure that the communication cable
is not trapped.
