STEP 3:
ASSIGNING SOURCES TO CHANNELS: HDMI AND 3G-SDI INPUTS
In each of the preview boxes in the channel strip, you will notice a
gear in the upper right corner.
Click the gear to enter the Channel Configuration window.
Here you will select the appropriate type
of input. Like the auto discovery function,
the channel settings auto-detect the signal
type, and displays that information in the
window. For discrete sources like 3G-SDI
and HDMI, a user may accept the automatic
adjustments for brightness, contrast,
saturation, and sharpness, or click the
Manual radio buttton
and adjust them
to their liking. The preview screen for this
channel provides real time viewing of the
changes. A
Reset Button
is provided if
you do not achieve the desired results.
When you are satisfied with the channel
setup, click
OK
to accept the settings.
