Additional call features
Redial
Use the Redial feature to redial the external number you most recently dialled. A Line is
selected automatically.
To redial the last external number dialled
•
From the Idle Menu, select ‘Redial last number’.
From a standard telephone, the code is 77.
Saved Number Redial
In addition to the Last external number the previous 5 numbers dialled are also stored and may be
redialled. When redialed the saved number will use the same "Outgoing Group" as was used for
the original call.
•
From the Idle Menu, select ‘Saved Numbers’.
•
Select the number to be dialled.
From a standard telephone the codes are 781 – 785 for saved numbers 2 - 6. The first saved
number is the Last Number Redial code 77.
Call Pick-up
This feature allows the user to pick up any call, ringing at another extension provided both
Extension
s are programmed in the same Group. See
These calls include

Internal calls
•
External calls
•
DDI calls
•
CLI Routed calls
•
Incoming ringing calls routed to a single extension
•
Auto Attendant calls directed to a single extension
To pick up a call ringing at another Extension in your Group
•
From the Idle Menu, select the ‘Call Pick-Up’ option on the 'Display'.
From a standard telephone, the code is 727.
External call pick-up
This feature allows the user to pick up any external incoming call ringing at another extension or
the Central Bell provided the call is ringing a group. See incoming ringing programming on Page
55
To pick up an external incoming call:
•
Select ‘External call pick-up’.
Note: This feature will not work for internal calls.
