Programming and dialling speed dial numbers
If you have a standard telephone, you can programme up to thirty Personal Speed Dial numbers.
To programme a Personal Speed Dial number
•
Lift the handset, or press the Hands-free Key, if available.
•
Dial the code 75.
•
Enter the location (01 - 30) where you want to store the number.
•
Dial the number you want to store.
•
Go on-hook.
Note: The line access codes 'e.g. 9' is not required
To dial a Personal Speed Dial number
•
Lift the handset, or press the Hands-free Key, if available.
•
Dial the code 74.
•
Dial the location (01 - 30) of the number you wish to access. The number is automatically
dialled.
To dial a System Speed Dial number
•
Dial the location code (8001 – 8500) of the number you wish to access. The number is
automatically dialled.
