The heat pump is sold without any treatment or filtration equipment. Items
( 1 ) to ( 4 ) on the diagram are sold separately.
Functions (

) may be carried out by a single piece of equipment
depending on the situation.
Given the low water flow required by the heat pump, it is highly
recommended that you install a bypass kit (

) (not included) between the
heat pump’s water inlet and outlet in order to ensure proper heat exchange
and optimum functioning (see § 6.2).
If an automatic chlorine or bromine dispenser or a salt chlorinator (4)
is used, it absolutely must be installed after the heat pump so as to
protect the heat pump from excessive concentrations of chemicals.
