Dismantling

Only allow qualified expert personnel with knowledge about explosion
protection to carry out dismantling!

Perform the following operating steps to dismantle the register sensor:

• Switch off the register controller.

• Undo the locking screw of the holder and remove the sensing

head.

• Pull the optical waveguide out of the holder and/or the energy

chain.

• Disconnect the PE cable from the housing.

• Disconnect the supply and signal cable.

• Undo the fastening screws and carefully remove the register

sensor housing from the installation position.

Dispose of the register sensor in an economically beneficial manner
(

see chapter 13 DISPOSAL).
