Troubleshooting
A short acoustic signal can be heard
every 11 minutes, when the appliance is
switched off.
Errors only occur in Standby, when the
clock display and WLAN are switched
off (display must be completely dark).
Software error only with Bosch AV2, only
with FD 9612 in the IaB software version
3045.
► Multi Media Board (MMB) and Inter Action Board (IaB) flash. The necessary IaB
software version in iService must be the larger version 3045.
Display is mirrored
Not a fault.
Faulty display initialisation (rare) due to
electrostatic discharge.
-
Do not replace any components!
► Advise customer:
The correct display can be restored by switching the appliance on and off.
► Switch the appliance off and on.
Rails - Sloping down at the back/askew
Not a fault.
► Advise customer:
The rails are installed so that they slope down at the back (89.4°) in order to
prevent the rails from sliding out unintentionally when the door is opened.
Rails - Jam/become caught
Not a fault.
► Advise customer:
The rails lock into place when they are fully extended (locking stop).
This makes it easy to place accessories in position.
By exerting light and evenly applied pressure (at the left and right), the rails can be
unlocked and slid back into the cooking compartment.
