Function
Atom labels visible
— Turn atom labels on.
Atom labels hidden
— Turn atom labels off.
Pipes display
— Display the structure as pipes.
Ball-and-stick display
— Display the structure as a ball-and-stick model.
Thermal ellipsoid display
— Display the structure with ellipsoids representing atomic
motion.
Residual peak visible
— Show the strongest residual electron density peak (i.e., unassigned
peak). The strength of the Q peak is represented by the sphere’s opacity.
Residual peak hidden
— Hide the strongest residual peak.
Snapshot
— Save the current view of the structure as a .jpg file, which will be written to the
CD when it is burned.
