The “Processing” Screen
5.1.1
Time Displays
The Time Displays give at-a-glance information about the data collection process. Time Remaining and
Elapsed Time are presented.

Crystal Information
Below the Process Steps and Time Displays are the Crystal Information area, which gives at-a-glance
information about the crystal: Resolution Limit, Unit Cell parameters, Symmetry, and R1. These
readouts update as data is collected.

5.1.3
Detector Frame Display
While collecting data, the SMART X2S displays the current detector frame in the upper right-hand
corner of the screen. Touch the frame to exchange the positions of the Detector Frame and Time
Displays, providing a larger view. To return to the original view, simply touch the Time Displays.
